Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2-4 Ounces Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Tablespoons Adobo Sauce (Embasa Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce)
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2-3 Tablespoons Stubb’s BBQ Sauce
In small bowl, add mayonnaise; whisk in olive oil until blended. Add all other ingredients.
For an added kick, chop up some of the chipotle pepper and add to the mix.
Allow mixture to stand for 30 minutes.
