Season chicken thighs with chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add olive oil. Add chicken thighs, and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. For a good sear, leave it cooking untouched.
Turn the chicken thighs over and reduce heat to low-medium, cooking for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
Increase heat in same skillet to medium. Add sliced peaches cook about five minutes. Add honey, lemon juice, and butter.
Add the cooked chicken back to skillet with peaches. Heat through before removing. Top with fresh thyme to serve.
