S'mores Old Fashioned

S’mores, but sippable. We put in a tropical twist for a little sunshine on a cold winter day.

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 oz nocino
  • 2 oz peated whisky
  • .5 oz banana liqueur
  • 1 oz milk or milk substitute
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Marshmallow for garnish

Process

  1. Add a sugar cube and nocino to a cocktail shaker. Muddle ingredients. 

  2. Add whisky, liqueur, milk, and cocoa powder. Shake well and serve over ice in a rocks glass.

  3. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
