- 1 lime
- Fresh grated ginger
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 cup tart cherry juice
- Honey
- Salt
- 8 oz sparkling soda or other carbonated beverage
Process

Muddle juice from lime, ginger and rosemary to taste. Add 1 cup tart cherry juice, shake, strain, and top with your favorite sparkling drink of choice. Garnish with a little honey and salt to balance the sweetness and saltiness.
