Seasoned fish and zesty crema combine with crunchy cabbage for a perfect taco night.

Preheat oven to 425F.
In a small bowl add all of the crema ingredients and mix to combine. Set aside.
Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine seasonings together in a small bowl. Mix well, then sprinkle over both sides of fish and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork being twisted into the fish filet.
Remove from oven, and break up the fish with a fork into smaller pieces to fit onto the tortilla. Top each tortilla with shredded cabbage, a few pieces of fish, crema and an additional squeeze of lime.
