Fries for dessert! This summertime treat is great for sharing on sunny-day picnics.

  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 2 tsp tajin
  • 2 tsp lemon zest


  1. Cut watermelon into sticks approximately 3-4’’ long. 

  2. Mix the yogurt, 1 tsp tajin and 1 tsp zest together for the dip.

  3. Plate the watermelon fries, sprinkle on the remaining tajin and zest, and serve with the dip.
