Preheat oven to 350F.
Pat chicken breast dry with paper towels.
Pour entire box of Cheez-It crackers into a large ziptop plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Take one chicken breast and dredge it with sour cream. Add the chicken to the plastic bag of Cheez-It crackers, and shake until chicken is covered.
Place chicken in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Repeat process with each chicken breast.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken breast.Cover with tin foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove tin foil and continue baking until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
