Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray. Combine cake mix, eggs and butter in a large bowl until a dough forms. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Cook for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cake to cool for at least 1 hour.
Prepare the topping in a medium bowl, adding the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Beat on high until all ingredients are combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping and mix until it comes together.
Spread evenly over the cake and top with sliced strawberries.
