Sides
Corn on the cob… or off the cob? We’re not here to start a debate, but this Hot Honey Corn might cause one.
Servings: 4-6
Time: 25 mins
Brush the corn with avocado oil.
Combine the salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper, then sprinkle the seasoning onto the corn, distributing evenly with a brush.
Place the corn into an air fryer and cook at 400F (200C) for 17-20 minutes, flipping the corn halfway through. (No air fryer? No problem! This recipe also works on a barbecue.)
While the corn cooks, mix the honey, melted butter, and chili flakes together. For extra heat, add some hot sauce.
Once the corn is out of the air fryer, drizzle with the hot honey and top with shallot and cilantro.
