Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1- 15 Ounce Can Pumpkin Pie Filling
- 1- 21 Ounce Can Apple Pie Filling
- 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Box Spice Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Old Fashioned Uncooked Oats
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter, Cut into Cubes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin pie filling, apple pie filling and pumpkin pie spice. Mix together and place in the bottom of a 13x9x2 baking dish. In a second medium bowl, combine the cake mix, oatmeal, and butter. Cut in the butter using a pastry blender or two knives. The butter should end up being about the size of peas when complete. Top the baking dish now with your cobbler mix and make for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
**French Vanilla or Yellow Cake can be substituted, just add 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon to the cake mix.
