Welcome fall by gobblin' up this pumpkin and apple cobbler.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz pumpkin pie filling
  • 21 oz apple pie filling
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup old-fashioned uncooked oats
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, cut into cubes

Process

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin pie filling, apple pie filling and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish. 

  2. In a second medium bowl, make the cobbler topping by combining the cake mix and oats. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or fork to the size of peas. 

  3. Top the filling mix with the cobbler and make for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
