Bud Light Lime Chicken

Marinated in a tangy mix of beer and herbs, this barbecue-style chicken is worth a cheers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 25 fl oz can Bud Light Lime
  • 1 lime, zested
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1/2-1 tsp cayenne

Process

  1. Combine garlic, cilantro, beer, and lime zest. Add chicken; marinate for one hour.

  2. Heat a grill pan or barbecue to medium heat.

  3. Remove chicken from marinade. Mix together seasoning in a small bowl, and then sprinkle half the mixture over chicken, seasoning both sides. 

  4. Cook chicken until it reaches 165F. Serve immediately.
