Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil; add ziti and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.
Combine cooked ziti, ricotta, mozzarella, egg, and 1 1/2 cups marinara in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer to prepared dish and top with remaining sauce, and Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 mins; let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
