Ingredients for 8 to 10 servings

  • 2 14 Ounce Bags 3 Color Deli Coleslaw
  • 7 Ounces Matchstick Carrots
  • 1 Cup Cilantro, Minced
  • 1 Bundle Green Onions, Diced
  • 10 Ounce Bag Frozen Shelled Edamame, Thawed
  • 1 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 2 Cups Chow Mein Noodles
  • Mandarin Oranges *Optional
  • Asian Dressing of choice

Preparation

In a large bowl add the coleslaw, carrots, cilantro, green onions, edamame, sliced almonds and chow mein noodles. Mix ingredients well, then dress with desired amount of dressing.
