
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 Pound Ground Lamb
- 4 Ounces Feta Cheese
- 1⁄2 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 3⁄4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1⁄4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 6-8 Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together except olive oil. Form into 4 equal sized patties.
In a frying pan, add the tablespoon of olive oil. Pan fry for 5 minutes on each side or until slightly pink in the center.
