Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro , Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1-2 Teaspoons Sriracha
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Thighs
In a zip top bag, add the honey, oil, soy sauce, lime juice, cilantro and red pepper flakes. Taste for heat and add any additional Sriracha or red pepper flakes.
Place chicken in zip top bag with sauce and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove chicken from the refrigerator and place on grill over medium-high heat. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until chicken reaches 175 degrees. Garnish with sesame seeds.
*For Kabobs, cut chicken into 1-inch cubes before marinating. Place on skewers before grilling.
