Ingredients for 8 to 10 servings
- 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Pound Ground Pork
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- ¾ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Grilling Gods® Steak & Bake Seasoning
- 8 Ounces Hoisin Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger, Grated
- 1 Teaspoon Sriracha
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the lean ground beef, ground pork, egg, panko and seasoning. Mixing just until combined, do not over mix. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Roll meatballs into 1” to 1”1/2 balls. Arrange on cookie sheet so they are not touching. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Prepare glaze while meatballs are baking.
Pour all the glaze ingredients in a bowl, whisking to combine. Remove meatballs after time has elapsed and pour 1 tablespoon of glaze over each meatball. Return to oven. Continue baking an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
