Ingredients for 6 servings
- 6 Roma Tomatoes, Seeded & Diced
- 2 Mangos, Diced
- 1⁄2 White Onion, Diced
- 1⁄3 Bundle Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, Diced
- 1 Lime, Squeezed
- Sea Salt To Taste
Preparation
Dice and chop first 5 ingredients and place in a large bowl. Generously salt. Slice lime in half and squeeze juice over salsa from both halves.
Cover and refrigerate for about an hour to let flavors combine. Add more salt if needed.
