Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 Package Uncle Dan’s® Creamy Ranch Packet
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Darigold® Milk
- 4 Medium Russet Potatoes, Each Cut into 6 Wedges
- 4 Small Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- The Spice Hunter® Grill Shakers Roasted Garlic Seasoning
Prepare the dressing in a medium bowl combining the mayonnaise and ranch and then whisking in the milk. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
Preheat the oven to 450˚.
On a large cookie sheet, lined with foil, arrange potatoes and chicken breast so they do not overlap. Pour the oil over the chicken and potatoes and rub to distribute. Season the chicken and the potatoes liberally with the roasted garlic seasoning, flip and season the other side.
Bake for 30 minutes, flip potatoes and chicken and continue cooking another 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken temps at 165˚.
Enjoy the chicken and potatoes with a side of ranch.
