Broccoli Cheddar Soup


Prepare broccoli by chopping into small pieces or by placing 1 cup at a time into a food processor, pulse until broccoli is roughly chopped. Place broccoli into a lined slow cooker as you chop it. Add butter, onion, carrots, garlic, broth and salt & pepper. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Yetti's Spaghetti Squash


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the halved spaghetti squash on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, and rub to disperse evenly. Season with kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper, then flip the squash cut side down and roast for 30 minutes.

Edamame Slaw


In a large bowl add the coleslaw, carrots, cilantro, green onions, edamame, sliced almonds and chow mein noodles. Mix ingredients well, then dress with desired amount of dressing.

Jackpot Chicken


In a large skillet on medium high heat add the butter, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms and a teaspoon or two of the fajita packet. Cook until the veggies are starting to brown and soften. Remove from heat.

Betta Bruschetta


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, taste for seasoning. Toast the bread or serve as is. Top baguette slices with bruschetta topping.

Antipasta Salad

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Rinse pasta until cool and add to a large bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until chilled. Stir well before serving.

Steak Bite Thyme


Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel. Cut the steaks into 1” or bite sized pieces and place in a medium bowl. Season with salt, pepper and garlic, stirring to combine.
Clean the mushrooms using a damp paper towel and then slice. Do not wash as the mushrooms will absorb water.

Derby Sliders


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove rolls from packaging and slice all together using a bread knife so all rolls stay connected. Layer both the top and bottom rolls with mayonnaise. Lay the sliced meats and add the cheese and bacon. Top with the top buns, and place in a 13 x 9 baking pan.
