Baked Shrimp

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 1 Pound Raw Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined, Tails Removed
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons White Wine
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1⁄4 Cup Butter, Melted
  • 1⁄2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Italian-Leaf Parsley, Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, white wine, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Stir to combine, then pour into an 8x10-inch baking dish, spread out evenly.

In another bowl, mix the butter, Panko and parsely until well combined. Sprinkle mixture over the shrimp.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

Beer Pairing: No-Li Crystal Bitter
