Taco Stuffed Shells

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 12 Large Pasta Shells, Cooked
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 1 Cup Taco Sauce
  • 2 Cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1 1⁄2 Cups Tortilla Chips, Crushed
  • *Any Additional Toppings (Green Onions, Black Olives, Sour Cream, etc.)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large frying pan, brown the meat, add the taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions. Add cream cheese and simmer until well combined. Set aside and let cool.

Pour the salsa in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Stuff each shell with meat mixture and place on top of salsa. Cover shells with taco sauce, cover and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, uncover, sprinkle crushed chips and cheese on top and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes. Serve with any additional toppings.
