Ingredients for 6 servings
- 2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Bottle Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Pineapple
- Franz® Slider Rolls
- Swiss Cheese Slices *optional
- Mayonnaise For Serving
In a slow cooker, add the chicken breast and half a bottle of Soy Vay® Teriyaki Sauce. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
While chicken and sauce are cooking, prepare the pineapple by: cutting the rind off, cutting into quarters, removing the core and slice; set aside.
Once chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165˚, remove chicken breast and shred with 2 forks. Set aside cooking liquids, add shredded chicken back to the slow cooker and pour desired amount of cooking liquid over the chicken. Add more teriyaki sauce if desired.
Serve sandwiches by preparing with mayonnaise on slider rolls, add Soy Vay® Chicken, a slice of pineapple and cheese slice on top if desired.
