Ingredients for 8 servings
- 30 Ounces Frozen Mr. Dell’s® Hash Brown Potatoes, Thawed
- 1 Stick Butter, Melted
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Cheese; Taco Blend, Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack
- ½ Teaspoon Cayenne
- ½ Teaspoon Cumin
- ½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
Add the hash browns to a large bowl. Whisk the eggs together and pour over the potatoes. Add the cheese, and spices and melted butter and mix together.
Spread the hash browns over the baking pan and bake for 40 minutes or until desired crispiness. Cut and serve warm.
*Quick Cook Method: Cook in a waffle iron about 15 minutes or until they reach desired crispiness.
