Ingredients for 6 servings

  • Sauce:
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Stalks Bok Choy, Chopped
  • 8 Ounce Can Water Chestnuts, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
  • 15 Ounce Can Cut Baby Corn
  • 1 Cup Snow Peas
  • 2 7.32 Ounce Packages Fortune® Yakisoba Noodles


In a small bowl add all of the sauce ingredients together and whisk to combine. Set aside.
Turn a wok or a large skillet on very high heat. When it is very hot add the oil and immediately add the broccoli, bok choy, water chestnuts, carrots, baby corn and peas. Stir frequently until the vegetables start to brighten and then begin to brown a touch.
Add the noodles and move frequently around the skillet until warmed through. Pour the sauce into the skillet and give one last stir. Serve immediately.
