Key Lime Cilantro Taco

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 White Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Poblano or Anaheim Chile Pepper, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Pound Peeled, Deveined Medium Shrimp
  • 1 Pouch Frontera® Taco Skillet Sauce Key Lime Shrimp Taco Flavor
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Warmed Tortillas


Cook onion and chile pepper in oil in a large nonstick skillet until onions become translucent and tender. Add the shrimp and cook until opaque for about 2-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir sauce into skillet, heat through.

Serve in warm tortillas with fresh chopped cilantro.
