BBQ Jelly Meatballs

Category:

Combine jelly, bbq sauce and balsamic vinegar in a crock pot, whisk to combine.
Add meatballs and stir until they are all coated with the sauce.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

Hawaiian Pasta Salad

Category:

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. We recommend elbow macaroni, salad macaroni, penne, rotini etc. Short cut pasta will work best.
Drain noodles returning to the pot adding all of the vinegar. Toss the noodles and allow them to absorb the vinegar, about 10 minutes.

Korean Beef

Category:

In a medium skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium high Heat. Add the ground beef and minced garlic and brown until meat is cooked through. Drain any remaining oil.
In a small bowl add soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and the red pepper flakes. Pour sauce into skillet with the beef and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and reduces.

Lemon Clouds

Category:

In a medium bowl prepare the custard. Mix the pudding, milk and sour cream until thickened, about two minutes.
Prepare the dessert in single serve cups, trifle bowl or a baking pan. Start by tearing the angel food cake.
Layer the custard, cake and a dollop of pie filling. Continue to layer until your container is filled. Add a swirl of whipped cream if desired.

Easy Peasy Chicken

Category:

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour entire bottle of dressing over the chicken. Let the dressing marinade the chicken for 30 to 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
Grill chicken breast until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
Optional: baste chicken with remaining dressing in baking dish.

Italian Shrimp Bake

Category:

Prepare tortellini according to package instructions.
Heat a medium to large skillet to a medium temperature. Add shrimp to the skillet adding salt and pepper. Toss and cook shrimp until starting to pink and tails curl in. Just before removing shrimp from the heat add the basil and parsley. Toss to coat.

Chicken Taco Casserole

Category:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees .
Mix all ingredients, except Doritos® and cheese, in a bowl and then transfer into a 9 x 13 baking dish, cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and add Doritos® (either mix in the casserole or sprinkle on the top of the casserole) and top with cheese. Cook another 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

Turkey Burger

Category:

In a large bowl mix together all ingredients using your hands, being sure not to over mix. In the bowl divide the meat into 4-5 sections, and then divide each of those in half giving you 8-10 equal size burgers. Grill the burgers until they reach 165 degrees and have started to brown. Remove from heat and serve on a thin bun with your choice of greens, guacamole and sliced tomato.

Caprese Pita Pizza

Category:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread equal amounts of mayonnaise and pesto on each Greek Pita Bread.
Add approximately 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese on the crust. Add cherry tomatoes on first layer of mozzarella and finish with a sprinkle of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Stuffed Sweet Peppers

Category:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice peppers in half, lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out seeds.
Mix together cream cheese, cheeses, lime, cilantro and garlic salt.
Spoon the mixture into peppers halves.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
