Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 Sourdough Bread Round
- 1 Jar Napoleon Pesto
- 1⁄2 Pound Thinly Sliced Deli Meat: Turkey, Salami, Ham, Chicken
- 3⁄4 Pound Provolone Cheese, Sliced
- 1 Jar Roasted Red Peppers, Well Drained
- Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil.
Slice sourdough bread 3⁄4” - 1” thick slices, being sure not to slice all the way through. Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon of pesto between each of the slices of bread. Then
stuff each slice with generous amounts of the Deli meat(s) and cheese. Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
Place on baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
