Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, Picked, Use 3 Cups
  • 1 ½ Cups Nalley® Baby Dill Pickles, Small Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Pickle Juice
  • 2 Ribs Celery, Finely Diced
  • 1 Small Red Onion, Finely Diced
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Uncle Dan’s® California Country Dill
  • Franz® Classic Dinner Rolls


In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Taste for seasoning, adding more if desired.
Cut the rolls, stuff with chicken salad and enjoy!
