Southwest Chicken Soup

In a large skillet add butter and sauté onions until soft and they have started to brown. In a crock pot, add the onions, Rotel®, green chiles, Ranch Style® Beans, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and chicken taco packet; stirring to combine. Add the chicken breast, cover and cook for 3 hours on high.

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

In a large skillet on medium high heat add the butter, onion, and peppers; sauté until the onions and peppers have softened as well as started to brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet add the mushrooms and sauté until they also have softened and developed color and add to the cooked onions and green pepper.

Bow Tie Chicken Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Spray a large deep casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.

Apple Pie Ring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl mix the cream cheese and almond filling until combined.
Arrange crescent triangles into a ring with the long points pointing outwards. The inner circle remaining should be around 5”.

Morning 'Dilla

In a large skillet, over medium to medium low heat, prepared with non-stick spray, add the eggs, bacon, seasoning salt and pepper to the pan and gently stir often as eggs start to cook. Continue cooking until eggs are scrambled and remove from the heat.

CPR (Chicken, Potatoes & Ranch)

Prepare the dressing in a medium bowl combining the mayonnaise and ranch and then whisking in the milk. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
Preheat the oven to 450˚.

Goddess Pasta Salad

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Rinse and cool completely.
In a large bowl add the cooked pasta, frozen peas, grape tomatoes, mozzarella balls, basil and dressing. Season with salt and pepper, adding more if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Queso-Rrito

In the browned ground beef add the taco seasoning packet and water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Add the following to the rice: cumin, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro and mix to combine.

Raspberry Lemonade Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a food processor prepare the crust. Add the graham crackers, sugar and melted butter and process until the graham crackers are crumbs. Press the crumbs using your hand or the bottom of a measuring cup into the baking pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Teri's Deli Salad

In a medium bowl add the dressing mix, milk and mayonnaise and whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, red onion, cheese and sunflower seeds. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until chilled. Coat the salad with dressing and serve.
