- Mayonnaies
- Pesto
- 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ to ¾ Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Package Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1-5 Count Package Franz® Greek Pita Bread
- Basil Leaves
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread equal amounts of mayonnaise and pesto on each Greek Pita Bread.
Add approximately 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese on the crust. Add cherry tomatoes on first layer of mozzarella and finish with a sprinkle of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 2 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese and crust turns slightly brown.
Garnish with chopped basil leaves.
