
Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Large Yellow Onion, Diced
- 2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 2 15.5 Ounce Cans Bush’s® Black Chili Beans, Not Drained
- 7 ¾ Ounce El Pato® Hot Tomato Sauce
- 15.25 Ounce Can Corn, Drained
- 1 Lime, Juiced
Preparation
In a large skillet on medium high heat add the olive oil, onion and cook until onions become translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any remaining fat and add canned beans, tomato sauce and corn. Cook 10 minutes, then squeeze fresh lime juice over the beef. Top with your toppings of choice. We suggest shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, avocados, cilantro or Fritos®.
