Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 6 Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Large Shallot, Minced
  • .5 Ounce Fresh Basil, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Kosher Salt
  • Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • Red Pepper Flake *optional
  • 1 Baguette, Sliced


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, taste for seasoning. Toast the bread or serve as is. Top baguette slices with bruschetta topping.
