Berry Salsa

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 2 Granny Smith Apples, Small Diced
  • 2 Pounds Strawberries, Hulled and Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 4 Ounces Lemonade Concentrate
  • 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 18 Ounce Package Raspberries
  • 1 Package Triscuit ® Thin Crisps Cinnamon Sugar

Preparation

In a medium bowl add the apples, and strawberries. In a small bowl whisk together the brown sugar, lemonade concentrate, orange marmalade and cinnamon. Add the dressing to the fruit and mix to combine. Lastly add the raspberries, and gently fold them in. Serve with Triscuit® Thin Crisps Cinnamon Sugar.
