Artichoke Dip with Dubliner® Cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 12 Ounces Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Glove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Onion
  • 2 Cups Kerrygold Dubliner® Cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, pita chips or flat bread.
