Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large frying pan, brown the meat, add the taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions. Add cream cheese and simmer until well combined. Set aside and let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine soups, chilies, olives and enchilada sauce and stir together until well combined. Add shredded chicken to the sauce mixture and stir.
Cook onion and chile pepper in oil in a large nonstick skillet until onions become translucent and tender. Add the shrimp and cook until opaque for about 2-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir sauce into skillet, heat through.
Serve in warm tortillas with fresh chopped cilantro.
