  • Baked French Toast


    Prepare the night before needed.

    Spray 13x9 baking dish.

    In a sauce pan, melt corn syrup, brown sugar and butter. Spread evenly over the bottom of prepared baking dish. Cut off the crust of all the bread and cut in half. Layer all of the bread slices in one direction.

  • Apple Toffee Toast


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Place half the cubed bread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with apples. In a mixer, blend the cream cheese, sugars, apple cider and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in the English toffees and pour over the apples. Top with remaining bread cubes.
