  • Morning 'Dilla

    In a large skillet, over medium to medium low heat, prepared with non-stick spray, add the eggs, bacon, seasoning salt and pepper to the pan and gently stir often as eggs start to cook. Continue cooking until eggs are scrambled and remove from the heat.

  • Fantastic Frittata-ish

    Category:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    In a large sauté pan on medium heat, add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the mushrooms and sliced leeks. Sauté until the leeks begin to turn translucent and mushrooms start developing color. Add asparagus and sauté for three minutes; season with salt and onion powder. Pull from heat and allow to cool.

  • Feta Eggs Florentine

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Prepare a 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
    In a medium bowl add the eggs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Franks®, green onions and mozzarella cheese.

  • Ham & Sweezy Bake

    In a 13x9 baking pan, prepared with cooking spray. Tear croissants into pieces and place in baking pan and top with chopped ham. In a medium bowl add the eggs, half & half, mustard, and pepper. Whisk to combine and pour over the croissants and ham. Place cheese slices, slightly overlapping, over the egg mixture and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 13x9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    In a large bowl add the flour, old fashioned oats, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, eggs, vanilla and butter. Mix well until combined. Gently fold in the cherries and white chocolate chips.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 13x9 baking dish.
    In a medium skillet cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any remaining grease.

  • Stuffed French Toast

    Prepare your filling of choice in a medium bowl, adding all listed filling ingredients and mix to combine.
    Spread 3 tablespoons of filling over two pieces of bread. Bring the pieces of bread together, creating a sandwich and press gently so they stay closed.
    Turn your large skillet or griddle to medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

  • Christmas Comfort Bake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a large bowl, add eggs, milk and cut biscuits, let sit for 10 minutes.
    Add cheese and meat to mixture and stir to combine.
    Prepare a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray and add contents of bowl to baking dish and spread evenly.
    Cook for 25 minutes our until eggs are done. Let sit for 10 minutes to cool.
