Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 8 Thick Round Slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 Medium Round Slices Roma Tomatoes
  • 8 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 3-4 Teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3-4 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

Preparation

Lay all mozzarella on platter either flat or fan out for your presentation. Tomato should be placed on top of mozzarella along with basil leaf. Drizzle with finest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
