In a slow cooker set to high heat, add all of the ingredients. Stirring occasionally until the cheese has melted and the dip is hot, about 1 hour. As soon as the cheese has melted turn the slow cooker to the warm setting. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.

In a medium bowl combine the ranch mix, sour cream, cream cheese and mix to combine. Add to the bottom of an 8x8x2 dish and spread evenly. Top the dip with the lettuce, tomato, corn, bacon, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, and hard boiled egg. Crack coarse ground black pepper over the dip before serving. Serve on a pita chip.
