Veggin Soup


In a lined slow cooker, add all the ingredients minus the kale and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until veggies are tender. Add chopped kale and allow to sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Add additional seasoning if desired. Top each bowl with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Alfredo Chicken French Bread


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut french bread in half length wise and place on an aluminum foil covered baking pan. Spread a light layer of alfredo sauce over the bread, then top with grated parmesan cheese.

Salted Caramel Bars


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan with non stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, softened butter and egg until crumbly. Remove 1/3 of the cake mixture, reserve, and press the remainder into the pan. Bake for 13 minutes or until starting to brown, then remove from oven and allow to cool.

Yam Good Cauli Mash


In large pot with a steam basket, steam cauliflower florets and yams/sweet potatoes with about 1 inch of water in bottom of pot. Steam for 10 to 12 minutes, or when fork tender. Drain vegetables and add to a large mixing bowl. Using a potato masher, mash cauliflower and yams/sweet potatoes. Once mashed to your desired consistency, add the alfredo sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Shrimp Bites


In a medium add the shrimp, olive oil, lime agave, garlic, and Smoky Chlie Rub seasoning blend. Mix well and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or as long as two hours.

Bowl O' Taco


In a large skillet on medium high heat add the olive oil, onion and cook until onions become translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any remaining fat and add canned beans, tomato sauce and corn. Cook 10 minutes, then squeeze fresh lime juice over the beef. Top with your toppings of choice.



In a slow cooker add all ingredients except for the cream cheese and pepper jack cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken breasts and shred with two forks, returning chicken back to the slow cooker. Add the cream cheese and pepper jack cheese and stir occasionally for the next 20 minutes or until cheese melts.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup


Prepare broccoli by chopping into small pieces or by placing 1 cup at a time into a food processor, pulse until broccoli is roughly chopped. Place broccoli into a lined slow cooker as you chop it. Add butter, onion, carrots, garlic, broth and salt & pepper. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Yetti's Spaghetti Squash


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the halved spaghetti squash on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, and rub to disperse evenly. Season with kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper, then flip the squash cut side down and roast for 30 minutes.
