CPR (Chicken, Potatoes & Ranch)

Prepare the dressing in a medium bowl combining the mayonnaise and ranch and then whisking in the milk. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
Preheat the oven to 450˚.

Goddess Pasta Salad

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Rinse and cool completely.
In a large bowl add the cooked pasta, frozen peas, grape tomatoes, mozzarella balls, basil and dressing. Season with salt and pepper, adding more if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Queso-Rrito

In the browned ground beef add the taco seasoning packet and water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Add the following to the rice: cumin, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro and mix to combine.

Raspberry Lemonade Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a food processor prepare the crust. Add the graham crackers, sugar and melted butter and process until the graham crackers are crumbs. Press the crumbs using your hand or the bottom of a measuring cup into the baking pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Teri's Deli Salad

In a medium bowl add the dressing mix, milk and mayonnaise and whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, red onion, cheese and sunflower seeds. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until chilled. Coat the salad with dressing and serve.

Chili Garlic Steak Bites

Trim fat off the steaks, and cut into 1 inch strips, and then into ½ inch bite size pieces.
In a medium bowl, add the steak, salt and pepper. Mix well using your hands to distribute the seasons. Add the chili garlic sauce and agave and coat the steak evenly.

Cheesecake Dip

In a food processor, process the almond thin cookies until cookies are crumbs. Add the sugar and butter and process again, just to mix ingredients together. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a medium casserole dish or baking pan forming a crust.

Poppy Seed Chicken Salad

Add the chicken, celery, grapes and green onion to a large bowl. Add the mayonnaise, poppy seeds, salt and mix well. Check for seasoning and add more mayonnaise if desired. Serve in Pita Bread, lettuce or tortilla wrap.

Cherry Chicken Sandwich

In the slow cooker, add chicken and pour the Cherry Coke® over top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Instant Pot: 20 to 25 minutes on Poultry setting, add soda and press start.

Confetti Cookie

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 13x9 baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until they are light and fluffy. Add the egg, sour cream, and almond extract; mixing until combined. Add the baking powder and gradually add the flour, mixing on low until the dough is combined. It should be a little crumbly.
