In a food processor, process the almond thin cookies until cookies are crumbs. Add the sugar and butter and process again, just to mix ingredients together. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a medium casserole dish or baking pan forming a crust.

Poppy Seed Chicken Salad

Add the chicken, celery, grapes and green onion to a large bowl. Add the mayonnaise, poppy seeds, salt and mix well. Check for seasoning and add more mayonnaise if desired. Serve in Pita Bread, lettuce or tortilla wrap.

Cherry Chicken Sandwich

In the slow cooker, add chicken and pour the Cherry Coke® over top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Instant Pot: 20 to 25 minutes on Poultry setting, add soda and press start.

Confetti Cookie

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 13x9 baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until they are light and fluffy. Add the egg, sour cream, and almond extract; mixing until combined. Add the baking powder and gradually add the flour, mixing on low until the dough is combined. It should be a little crumbly.

Fantastic Frittata-ish

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large sauté pan on medium heat, add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the mushrooms and sliced leeks. Sauté until the leeks begin to turn translucent and mushrooms start developing color. Add asparagus and sauté for three minutes; season with salt and onion powder. Pull from heat and allow to cool.

Ooey Gooey Red Velvet Cake

Once cake is cooled, take the end of a wooden spoon and poke holes all over the cake. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake and set aside.

Corn Dip 2.0

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, add the sour cream and cream cheese and mix until combined. Add the corn, green chiles, 1 cup of shredded cheese, garlic, Lawry’s®, green onion, jalapeño, cilantro, Franks® and cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine and pour into a medium casserole baking dish. Top with remaining shredded cheese.

Slow Cooker Andouille Creole

Place all prepared ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 2 to 3. Before serving, taste for seasoning and add additional seasoning if desired. The sauce should be somewhat like a thin gravy, if it’s too thick add broth or water to thin if needed. Serve over white rice.
