- Salad Spring Mix
- 1⁄2 Cup Bacon, Cooked & Chopped
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
- 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 Shallot, Minced
- 1⁄2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- VINAIGRETTE DRESSING:
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Bunch Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1⁄4 Cup Tabasco® Course Ground Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Tabasco® Spicy Brown Mustard
- CREAMY DRESSING:
- 1⁄2 Cup Tabasco® Course Ground Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Tabasco® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1⁄4 Cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1⁄4 Cup Light Mayonnaise
Preparation
In a large bowl add the spring mix, bacon, egg, tomato and shallot.
In a food processor add the olive oil and your choice of dressing ingredients. Process until smooth and add salt and pepper, if needed.
Toss with salad.
