Greek Tossed Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 6 Cups Torn Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Cup Tomato, Chopped
  • 3⁄4 Cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 3⁄4 Cup Cucumber, Cubed
  • 3⁄4 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 18 Pitted Kalamata or Ripe Olives
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 1⁄2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 1⁄2 Teaspoons Prepared Mustard
  • 1⁄4 Teaspoon Salt

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat.

Serve immediately.
