Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 3 to 4 Pound Certified Hereford Beef Chuck Roast or Cross Rib Roast
  • 2 Medium Yellow Onions, Quartered
  • 5 Medium Red Potatoes, Quartered
  • 10.5 Ounce Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3 Teaspoons Liquid Smoke
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Ounce Onion Gravy Packet
  • 1 Teaspoon The Spice Hunter® Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation

In a slow cooker add the roast, onions and potatoes. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast, onions and potatoes. Cover and cook on high 4 to 6 hours or low for 8 to 10 hours.
