  • Cheesecake Dip

    In a food processor, process the almond thin cookies until cookies are crumbs. Add the sugar and butter and process again, just to mix ingredients together. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a medium casserole dish or baking pan forming a crust.

  • Summer Fruit Salad

    Category:

    In a large bowl, combine all prepared fruit. Cover and refrigerate until chilled well.
    In a medium bowl, stir together the lemonade, honey, oil, and poppy seeds. Pour dressing over chilled fruit and mix gently. Serve immediately.

  • Sunset Crumble

    Category:

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Cut all of the fruit first in half. Remove the pits. Slice the fruit into slices, and then dice into bite size pieces, and add to a medium size bowl. Add the sugar, and cornstarch and mix. Set aside until crumble is complete.

  • Banana Pops

    Category:

    Cut bananas in half then in half again to make 4 equal portions.
    Place cake pop stick in each banana. Roll banana in yogurt then sprinkle mini chocolate chips or toffee bits on banana.
    Place prepared banana pops on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until completely frozen. Remove from freezer and enjoy!

  • Berry Salsa

    Category:

    In a medium bowl add the apples, and strawberries. In a small bowl whisk together the brown sugar, lemonade concentrate, orange marmalade and cinnamon. Add the dressing to the fruit and mix to combine. Lastly add the raspberries, and gently fold them in. Serve with Triscuit® Thin Crisps Cinnamon Sugar.

  • Great Grape Salad

    Category:

    In a large colander rinse grapes and remove from stems. Place prepared grapes in a large bowl.
    In a medium bowl or food processor combine your cream cheese, yogurt and brown sugar. Process or mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the dressing to your grapes, along with the nuts and Craisins ®; mixing until well distributed.

  • Jenny's Snickers® Salad

    Category:

    In a medium to large bowl, whisk pudding with milk until it just comes together.
    Add whipped topping and gently fold until combined.
    Add apples and candy, mixing gently.
    Serve in a decorative baking pan (13x9x2) and drizzle salad with caramel topping, sprinkling with remaining candy.
    Chill for 1 hour before serving.

  • Apple Cider Dip

    Category:

    Simply mix the ingredients together, topping with another sprinkle of toffee bits.
    Serve alongside of sliced apples, wafer cookies, graham crackers or gingersnaps
    cookies.
