Chocolate Truffles


In a food processor, process cookies into small crumbs. Remove from food processor and take 3 cups of cookie crumbs and mix with cream cheese until well blended. Put remaining crumbs aside for later. Shape into approximately 42 one inch balls.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Dip balls into the melted chocolate and then place on wax paper. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Wrap outside of a 9 inch springform pan with heavy-duty foil, set aside.

In a food processor, chop almonds, cracker crumbs, sugar and butter until crumbles form. Press mixture on bottom of prepared pan. Bake about 12 minutes; cool completely. Decrease oven temperature to 325 degrees.

Caramel Churro Cheesecake


Unroll one can crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan to form a crust. Firmly press the seams together to seal.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, vanilla, egg, 1⁄2 cup of sugar and 1⁄4 cup of the caramel sauce on medium speed until smooth. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crescent roll dough.

Caramel Apple Cake


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large pan, cook butter, whipping cream and brown sugar over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with pecans then top with apple slices.

In a mixer, beat cake mix, water, oil, eggs and seasoning on low for 2 minutes. Spoon batter over apple slices.

Cake Pops


In a large bowl add the cake crumbles and gentle mix in the frosting with your hands. If making the banana frosting, use a mixer to blend the banana, lemon juice, vanilla and milk, slowly adding in the sugar. Then add to the crumbled banana bread.

Banana Cake


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat the first 5 ingredients in a mixer on low until moistened, scraping bottom and sides. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into two greased and floured 8 x 8 inch pans.

Bake for about 35 minutes. Cool completely.

Apple Dump Cake


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all the cake mix into a medium bowl. Slowly stir in the butter until mix is crumbly. Layer apple slices on the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over the apples.

Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Tzatziki Fit For a God


Peel, chop and seed the English cucumber. Salt them and place in a strainer with a bowl underneath to allow liquid to drain for at least one hour.

Add all ingredients together in a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Serve chilled with fresh vegetables.

Also makes a great spread on a pita sandwich.
