In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the carrots and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring water to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes or until almost fork tender. Drain and set aside.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse until no longer hot. In a large bowl, combine pasta, artichoke hearts, tomato, cucumber, onion, feta, and olives.

Pour Sin Fire and Apple Pucker into Shot glass.

Top with dash of pineapple juice.

Barware Needed: Shot Glass

Pour vodka into Shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into Martini Glass and finish with Rockstar.
