Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 1 Loaf French Bread, Halved Lengthwise
  • 1 Jar Old English Cheese Spread
  • 1 Stick Butter, Softened
  • 1 Egg White

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place halved French bread on a baking sheet cut side up. In a medium bowl, whip together the butter and Old English Spread with a hand mixer. In a separate bowl beat an egg white into peaks and gently fold into the prepared cheese and butter mixture. Spread the topping over the bread and bake until cheese is melted and hot. Broil to add color in the last minute.
