Ingredients for 6 servings
- 3 Cups Uncooked Old Fashioned Oats (Not Quick Oats)
- 1 ½ Cups Peanut or Almond Butter
- 2/3 Cup Honey
- 3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 ½ Cups Dehydrated Fruit
- **** Suggest Dehydrated Blueberries, Cherries, Strawberries, Craisins® etc.
Preparation
In a medium to large bowl mix all the ingredients until just combined. (Hands work best) To store; roll into balls and place in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer. Best served cold as is, with almond, coconut milk, or Greek yogurt.
