Oat Energy Balls

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 3 Cups Uncooked Old Fashioned Oats (Not Quick Oats)
  • 1 ½ Cups Peanut or Almond Butter
  • 2/3 Cup Honey
  • 3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 ½ Cups Dehydrated Fruit
  • **** Suggest Dehydrated Blueberries, Cherries, Strawberries, Craisins® etc.

Preparation

In a medium to large bowl mix all the ingredients until just combined. (Hands work best)  To store; roll into balls and place in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer. Best served cold as is, with almond, coconut milk, or Greek yogurt.
